I like how the back panel and front zippers are fully adjustable, and the flaps for the breast shields do a good job of supporting the bottles. But I'm not able to express as much milk using this bra as I do by simply hooking the breast shields to my nursing bra using rubber bands (see [...] for a demonstration of this setup). The bustier is too constrictive - my boobs don't move around naturally the way they do when I nurse, and it's difficult to massage them effectively through the fabric when I need to unplug a duct. And the suction isn't nearly as strong using the bustier. All this affects how many letdowns I have and, consequently, how much milk I'm able to express.

If you've been able to pump effectively using a bustier, I would recommend this product because of the flexibility it offers users relative to other hands-free bras. But if you find, like me, that your output decreases drastically using a pumping bra, I would recommend either the Pumpin' Pal strap (cheap) or a couple of rubber bands (free). They may not be as pretty, but they'll get the job done.

I don't understand why this bra is not sold in every baby store, right next to the pump. I can't believe how many weeks I spent pumping, bored out of my mind because I couldn't move my mouse or type on my keyboard, hold a phone to my ear, frustrated because I couldn't even scratch my face...this thing is a complete lifesaver. In fact, as I write this review, I am pumping! And now I never pump without it! And of all the pumping bras out there, this one is THEE BEST. I've seen two other brands, and they don't seem as comfortable or "made for everybody". Whatever size/shape you are, this bra will fit! You can adjust the circumference of the bra not only with the zipper inset in the front, but also with the velcro strips at the back (which are so sturdy and never pull off on their own). So because the back of it is all velcro, you can adjust the bra by I'd say 5-7 inches narrower or wider depending on your preference. I've fluctuated a lot since buying this bra, and I can adjust it as I need to. I started at about a 36C postpartum, and now I'm about my old size which is a 32 or 34B. I got the S/M size and it fits perfect. I'm normally in clothes, a size 2 (at my smallest) - 8 (at my largest), and this bra has changed with me and has always been comfortable. The material is a microfiber, so it's really soft and not itchy at all.
These make the best baby shower gifts and the packaging that it comes in is very pretty and feminine. I'm ordering another one for myself to keep at work when I pump.

Review by Pumping Mom for Simple Wishes Hands-Free Breastpump Bra, XS/S/M Rating: I just discovered this hands free pumping device after the birth of my second child. I tried easy expressions, the pumping bra by la leche league, and made by moms pumping band with my first child. Don't waste your time trying them even if you can find them at discounted prices. These products all offer assistance, but are not hands free. It truly is a hands free product.

Here's what I love about it.
1. It will fit any woman's body perfectly and is adjustable, so as your body changes postpartum you will not need to buy another size. The front zipper panel allows you to adjust the placement of the breast shields and the panel in the back allows you to adjust the overall size. Amazing!
2. The fabric is soft and comes in a nice light pink color.
3. Believe it or not the bra actually supports bottles completely full of milk.
4. I don't use the straps, but it's a nice add for the woman who wants a little more support.
5. The packaging is so cute.

Above, I mentioned that I tried three other products with my first child.

Here's what I did not like about each of them.
Easy Expressions
1. If you are not lined up perfectly with the holes the bustier will not work for you.
2. There is no support at the top to prevent the breast shields from slipping down while pumping. OUCH!
3. I had to buy a medium and large size. Depending on my milk supply, I would alternate between the two sizes.
4. The packaging is horrible.

La Leche Leage
1. Nice idea, but offers absolutely no support of the bottles.

Made By Moms
1. Is somewhat supportive of the bottles but so stiff and uncomfortable.

Review by J. Welner for Sesame Street - Elmocize Rating: I bought this video several months ago for my avid Elmo fan who is now 18 months. When I first bought it she didn't like it much but about a month ago I tried it again and she loved it. She loves watching the children as well as Elmo and Monte and even tries to do the "Benny Hop". It really gets her moving.

Review by for Sesame Street - Elmocize Rating: I checked this video out of the library for my six year step-son. He absolutely loved it and I got into it myself. He is really interested in being involved in my workouts and this was a neat way to involve him with risking major injuries. So we did it together and like the previous reviewer , the songs will linger in your head, but I have had worse. My only complaint was with the structure of the video. I just wish it were more structured. It bounced around to much for my taste. But who cares what I think anyway! My step son loved it enough that I am buying it.

This is a really well designed and thought product. That is why I was surprised when I found this piece of Velcro was sown inside with the cloth and hence rubbed against my back causing pain (you know what can happen when velcro rubs against skin). I figured out a way to use it without it hurting me but I still wanted to call the company and give them my feedback because I thought this was otherwise such a neat product. Anyways, I called the company and left a message in their voice mail. I got a call back the same day. Apparently, there were some made with this Velcro problem which they had removed from their stock but somehow Amazon had not removed theirs. Without my asking they said that they would send me 2 without the Velcro problem for free. And I got them the next day by FedEx. So, great product and customer service. The only caution is that Amazon may still be carrying the wrong ones. Hopefully, they would be removed from stock soon.

He was young... he didn't know what he was doing.We own this tape as part of our VAST Sesame Street and Elmo collection, since our daughter loves the furry red monster with every ounce of her being. But I have to say that "Elmocize" is the absolute worst Elmo video out there (well, that we've found, anyway). The concept, getting kids to move to the beat, have fun, and exercise with Elmo, is a good one. However, this unfortunate tape was made at one of the low points (in my opinion) in Sesame Street history. The cast at the time was, er, less than talented. So, I have to agree with a previous reviewer--the poor girl who runs the dance studio couldn't sing her way out of a wet paper bag (I guess that's why she's a dancer!). It's not ALL her fault, though--the songs are really weak here! It starts with the insipid "Elmocize! Elmocize! Everybody . . . Elmocize!" Repeat, repeat, repeat. You'll be thinking "Elmocide! Elmocide! Somebody . . . commit Elmocide!" And we LOVE Elmo! Even the Sesame Street kids on the tape seem really, really bored--like they'd rather be studying multiplication. Put it this way--when and if our daughter ever gets to that "rip the tape out of the cassette for fun" stage, I hope this one's the first to go.

Review by for Sesame Street - Elmocize Rating: I purchased this video for my 2 year old daughter. I have my own exercise tapes, but was not able to use them when she was around. I felt that if she had her own tape, that she would allow mommy to "work out". Well, it worked! My daughter really enjoys Elmocize! My daughter particuarly likes music and enjoys the catchy songs. The physical exercises are quite easy. I also like the diversity of children that are displayed in the tapes, including a physically challenged child. My daughter has now grown out of Elmocize and we are looking for something a little more physically challenging.
